  • Dispute of inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable information with credit bureaus

  • Credit monitoring recommendations

3. No Guarantee of Results

Important: We cannot guarantee specific results. The removal of negative items from credit reports depends on many factors, including the nature of the items, the response from credit bureaus and creditors, and applicable laws. Results vary by individual.

4. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Respond promptly to requests for information or documentation
  • Review all correspondence we send on your behalf
  • Notify us of any changes to your contact information
  • Not engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices

5. Fees and Payment

Our fees are disclosed prior to enrollment. Payment is due according to the payment schedule agreed upon at enrollment. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified on our website.

  • All fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered
  • Late payments may result in service interruption
  • We reserve the right to modify our pricing with advance notice

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your services at any time by contacting us in writing. Upon cancellation:

  • Any pending disputes will be completed
  • No refund will be provided for services already rendered
  • You will receive a final account summary

7. Compliance with Credit Repair Organizations Act

Crowned Credit operates in compliance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) and applicable state laws. You have the right to:

  • Dispute inaccurate information directly with credit bureaus at no cost
  • Cancel this contract within 3 business days without penalty
  • Sue a credit repair organization that violates the CROA

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crowned Credit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Crowned Credit and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10. Privacy

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless prohibited by applicable law.
